Before setting up Terentia he co-founded Warmond Trustees & Executors Pvt. Ltd which earlier traded under the name of CERMA and was a private banking offering from Centurion Bank of Punjab.
With over 18 years of experience, Mr. Sandeep Nerlekar has built a reputation for himself that of a value creator, new initiative specialist, strategizer and a natural leader. He has helped to position various organizations that he worked for, focus on certain key markets, offer creative products and build a strong team. He successfully launched several new businesses and initiatives at all levels in these organizations. He helped improve the performance of his the teams by constant training and using the power of technology.
Prior to Terentia he has also worked with HDFC Bank, IDBI bank and Centurion Bank.
Has been a banker for about 40 years and retired as General Manager from Bank of Baroda in 2007.
He possesses multi-disciplinary academic qualifications in the areas of Accounting, Finance, training and law, besides a certification in banking from the apex level Indian banking institute
Has worked in all hierarchical positions at practically all banking functions. Has been the major contributor in developing various policies like Credit, Human resources Development, Risk Management and Treasury Management.
He has authored/co-authored articles on Banking. He is a visiting faculty at renowned management development institutions.

He has been into full time Consulting and Training since 2003, and heads a Training & Consulting company called Bizvantage. He worked as Director with Empowered Learning Systems. Prior to full time consulting, Rajiv worked for more than 18 years in the industry in various capacities.
His responsibilities in the corporate world included t stints with various companies such as Honeywell International – as Head – Learning & Development; Pharmacia India – US headquartered Pharmaceutical Company -as Head of Training; Dabur Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and Merind - the Tata pharmaceutical company.
