Key Responsibilities

Business Development
 Regular Branch interaction for lead generation for BBG and updates on the leads
 Documentation pre-disbursement (Doc collection, legal, Valuation etc.) and post
 disbursement, including deferral closure
 Conversion of leads generated by the branches
 Cross sell of various asset products, other liability accounts.
 Ensure revenue maximization
Customer Relationship Management
 CAM Preparation and query resolution
 Customer negotiation on rates and other issues relating to charges
 Daily servicing of customer – Issuance of Cheque books, DDs, cash deposition /
 withdrawal issues, solvency certificates, RTGS, trade and FX transaction, etc.
 Preparation of customer profiling sheet and identifying cross sell and revenue increasing
 opportunities
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
 Co-ordination with credit for CAM approval, deferral waiver / extension and other
 customer requirements like Buyers credit etc.
 Co-ordination with local Operations for disbursement of a case, submission of Stock
 Statement
 Housekeeping including renewals, deferral closure, Call memos, stock statements,
 insurance renewals, Plant visit, Site visit etc
 Stressed accounts / Exit account management, follow-up and regularization.

Key Responsibilities

 Managing High Net Worth customers of the Bank
 Achieving Business targets assigned in terms of cross selling, enhancing and upgrading the High Net Worth relationships
 Profiling customers and providing financial products to meet customer needs
 Ensuring the highest levels of service to the High Net Worth customers
 Providing Financial planning and Investment Advice .
 Meeting sales targets spread across Liabilities, Retail Assets, Business Banking, Forex, Credit Cards, Online trading etc.
 • Acting as the point contact for all requirements of High Net Worth customers in the Branch
 Acquisition and Servicing of High Net Worth customers

Eligibility

 MBA/PGDM with 0-2 years work experience.

Key Responsibilities

Internal and external stakeholder coordination
  Responsible for maintaining Relationship of 70-100 EEG client (depending on grade )
 Interaction with the credit and ops team for sanction of renewals and limit updating
Customer service
 Proper takeover of the portfolio from acquisition team and enhancement of the portfolio based on customer requirement
 Ensure that the limits are maximum utilized by the customer
Business development
 Achieve the Disbursement targets (enhancements) allocated .
 Ensure early regularization of delinquent accounts
 Proactive management, Review and exit of stressed accounts
 Ensure cross sell of liability and asset products to existing customers and also cross sell of other products like Retail assets, General Insurance, Credit cards etc
Customer profiling sheet and identifying cross sell / revenue increasing opportunity
Ensure fee income growth by increasing the NFB Limits, FX
Other business activities
Responsible for complete Housekeeping – renewal of the account, Call Memo, Site and plant visit, submission of stock statement on time

Key Responsibilities

Acquisition -

Assist Head RM in executing successful micro-events for acquisition of new clients. Acquire new accounts from group companies / family of existing customers. Acquire new accounts from referrals from existing customers


Relationship Building / Deepening / Cross Sell -

Ensure consistent growth of the Savings portfolio. Work closely with the Head RM to establish synergies for maximum penetration of Investment & Insurance sales to new customers along with deepening into the book i.e. AUM. Build a robust momentum with regard to the third party distribution (insurance, auto loans, mortgages) and fee income to scale up the client portfolio growth, in line with the set targets. Ensure Risk Profiling is done for each customer. Implement customer contact programs to ensure his share of wallet with the bank increases. Close monitoring of average revenue per customer.


Retention -

Ensure top class service delivery to clients to be in line with the best in the industry. Monitor high net worth accounts closely to ensure that customers continue regular use the account and grow balances. Work towards reactivating accounts which have stopped transacting or depleted in balances. Assist in resolving service hurdles to create a delight situation for customers.


Risk Management & Governance -

Ensure awareness and adherence with the Know Your Customer policy, Anti Money Laundering Policy, Mis-selling Policy, Information Protection Policy, Operational.


Risk, Code of Conduct and other laid down compliance norms of the bank as stipulated from time to time. Provide regular feedback on the changing customer needs to the Product team and Service .


Quality team

Any suspicious transaction to be immediately reported to the Area Manager. Promotion of Alternate Channels. Increase customer contactability by capturing email address and mobile number.


Candidate Skills:

The candidate should have experience in servicing or sourcing clients of 20 lacs+ relationship. Applicants are preferred from Banking / Premium club membership / (Paid) High End Credit card sales background. Candidate should have excellent communication in English and well groomed. Minimum qualification required is Graduation.
